“Beachhead” is a military term used to describe the first territory taken from the enemy---typically territory that is only secured with great sacrifice. It is from the beachhead all other military operations are launched. Recognizing we live in a spiritual war zone and that Satan is doing everything in His power to keep people captive, our midweek prayer gathering serves as a beachhead for all the other prayer initiatives and expressions in the church.
